Job title: Telesales Executive (B2b market)
Salary: £14,000+ uncapped commission
Reporting to: Telesales Manager
Location: 355-367 Lisburn Road, Belfast, BT9 7EP
Hours of work: 39.5 hours per week excluding meal breaks
Holidays: 30 days per annum including statutory holidays
Overall purpose of the job
To source and arrange pre-qualified appointments covering various Landline, Mobile and TomTom solutions for account managers to attend on a daily basis.
Key activities
The post covers the following specific duties: -
- To use selling techniques and product knowledge to secure B2B appointments.
- To achieve/over-achieve on daily/weekly/monthly targets
- To achieve/over-achieve all pre-set call times
- Pro-actively seek new business opportunities
- Gather and record all customer information accurately and effectively
- Identify personal objectives to help achieve short and long term goals
- To actively participate in all meetings/training sessions
- To share all relevant information with team members
- Mentor new team members
- Liaise with other departments within Connect Telecom
- Built prospect list via Networking, cold calling and lead generation
Criteria Essential
Qualification
Good standard of education with minimum GCSE (including Math & English) or equivalent
Relevant Experience
12 months telephone experience preferably gained within a contact centre/sales environment
