Connect Telecom have provided us with our business mobiles, iPads and landlines and their customer service is second to none. Our Account Manager looked at past mobile bills and worked out a tariff that saved us 30% per month. They keep in regular contact with us and keep an eye on our bills to make sure we aren't overspending. A lot of companies manage mobile accounts over the phone, but Connect Telecom come to our offices and spend the time that's needed to work out the best solution for us.

When we decided to move to Connect Telecom our Account Manager Jamie Dickson arranged meetings with us in order to analyse previous mobile bills to get an overview of our business needs so they could provide us with the best possible tariff for the business.
Since moving to Connect Telecom we have made a saving of up to 50% on our monthly mobile bills, the majority of this saving is due to the All Ireland Roaming tariff, as international calls are now included within our allowance rather than being added on at high pence/min rates.
We have had several meetings with Jamie and he has taken the time to explain the tariffs and bills to us, the face to face service we have received has made our transfer and continuing business with Connect Telecom easy and problem free.

Our Move to Connect Telecom was extremely smooth and easy. We had been let down too many times by our previous provider. Connect Telecom almost halved our phone bills as they had promised when they came to see us. They are a very professional and well managed company that has been providing us with a first class service since they took us on before Christmas 2010.
Since this time we have had 2 reviews with our account manager Robert Girvan and they couldn’t have been more straight forward. We have no communication concerns now as we know they are monitoring our plan on a regular basis.
With the TomTom devices fitted to all our vehicles we are now managing our engineers more effectively. We are able to monitor their movements and plan their jobs more efficiently, without having to liaise directly with them. We are delighted we made the move to Connect Telecom.
