Requirements.

The company currently runs a fleet of 14 vehicles, consisting of delivery and sales people. we found the need to integrate a stable solution to help us manage our fleet in a more efficient manner, with rising fuel and insurance costs. The Solution.

Confirm delivery times: Utilizing the live mapping we are able to guide our drivers to their destination point and confirm their arrival and departure times thus giving our customers an accurate report for deliveries.

Communication: Having the ability to live track our vehicles means less calls to drivers , together with our phone package with Connect ,we have experienced a dramatic reduction in communication bills.

Site Fuelling: The journey and POI reports from our Connect Vehicle Tracking system has enabled us to minimize excessive fuel stops , we were able to geofences our fuel sites and programme the system to send automated alerts ,giving vehicle mileage and time stamps for all fuel ups.

Driver Performance; All our drivers are used to and happy with working with the Connect Vehicle Tracking system and we have seen a significant improvement in the driver’s performance, this has resulted in a sizable reduction on our fleet insurance premiums.

False Claims: Our Company has seen a dramatic reduction in the liability overheads relating to claims against our fleet. We are able to accurately pinpoint any vehicles movements both live and historic; this enables us to defend our position when claims arise with reports of location, speed route taken etc. Fuel savings: Utilizing the historical journey reporting we have now defined the optimum routes for our drivers to take which has resulted in greatly reduced fuel bills
